Agile ASAP One-Day Full Immersion Agile Training - Aug 22, 2012

This one-day class is designed to provide you with a rapid foundation in the values, benefits, and practices of Agile and Scrum. After completing this class, you'll have a solid understand of what "doing Agile" or "adopting Scrum" really means and be ready to move forward with Scrum in your organization. If you already do Scrum and need to spin up more teams or on-board new employees quickly, this is the class for you.

Classroom:
The classroom is located on the 1st floor. Enter the building. Take the hallway to the left. Walk past the elevators. The door to the classroom will be on your right before the restrooms.
Dress Code:
The dress code for the class is casual. Come comfortable and ready to engage in learning.
Lunch:
Lunch is not provided, but there is a cafeteria on the 1st floor of the building. When you enter the building, the cafeteria is down the hallway to the right. They're open in the morning for coffee and breakfast food. To get to the cafeteria from the classroom, exit the class, turn left, and walk down the hall. The cafeteria is open in the morning before class and until 2:00 PM.

Dan LeFebvre
Dan is a Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). He was the first Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) in New England and has worked directly on training and coaching engagements with the co-creators of Scrum, Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland. Dan has coached Hundreds of Agile software teams in industries like Finance, Software, Healthcare, and Insurance.
Frank Saucier
Frank is an Agile Scrum Coach and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) based in Massachusetts. He has over 20 years experience spanning software development, computer engineering, application engineering, & project management. His software team and coaching background includes industries like Enterprise Mobile, Insurance, Financial Systems, and Web Technologies.
