Sixteen seats in this tiny place with a big plasma screen broadcasting a Persian station and some extraordinary food. The rice dishes are brilliant, as is homemade yogurt, and many entrees, including ground chicken kebabs, beef kebabs, and lamb shanks. All the meat is halal, fork tender, and perfectly seasoned.
